Store wasn't open an ready to operate at opening time , been sitting here since they opened 8 and its 10 after 9am . They put somone in front of me that came in almost 45 minutes after me. Doesnt take 2 hours to change one tire . Especially when there is employees in the parking lot chatting it up like it's a social meeting. Don't waste your time with the service they provide. The only place that we buy our tires or have flats fixed. We ordered a set for my car and made an appointment to have them put on. Unfortunately, only 3 came on the delivery truck. Instead of rescheduling, they upgraded my tires at no extra cost. They keep you updated on when your vehicle will be ready. Extremely friendly staff.

Today was my first time buying tires here in years. I've heard nothing but good things, so I stopped in to buy a set. Admittedly, the guys were having a rough day. They lost my keys, and then they forgot to install the windshield wiper blades they sold me. Although I'm frustrated, I will definitely be back because they did their best to make it right. Be patient and give them some time when they're busy. The prices and the service are pretty good, definitely better than going to the dealership. 🙂

Only giving one star because no star is not an option. I came in for a front end alignment and the tech took my tie rod off and cross threaded it. Backing it out of the bay the tie rod came off. Now I’m left with a truck I can’t drive and the employees are avoiding me. 3 hours in and I’m going to have to tow my truck to a shop. 100% would not recommend. 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500

Landon at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and flexible. Got my tire done in 15 minutes but wasn’t able to pick it up till 15 minutes after they closed. He still helped me out and opened the door for me to pick the tire up. He also found the best/cheapest price and was willing to work around it. Very satisfied with the customer service.
